Mail domains, addresses and webmail

Virtual domains, mailboxes, forwarders, DNS automation, webmail SSO and settings for Outlook/Thunderbird.

  1. Adding a domain

    Mail → Domains → New domain. The panel creates the virtual domain on the mail server. If DNS Primary is active, it automatically adds MX/SPF/DMARC/DKIM and extends the TLS certificate for mail.{domain} and webmail.{domain}.

  2. Mail addresses

    Mail → Mail addresses: create a mailbox (local part + domain), set quota and password. The «Open webmail» button generates a one-time SSO link — do not use a static bookmark without a token.

  3. Client settings

    The Mail addresses page shows IMAP (993 SSL), POP3 (995 SSL), SMTP (25, 587 STARTTLS, 465 SSL) and webmail URL webmail.{domain}. Use mail.{domain} as the hostname in Outlook/Thunderbird.

  4. Forwarders and queue

    Mail → Forwarders for alias records. Mail → Queue to view and manage the Postfix queue. rspamd module for antispam statistics and thresholds.
