By using the uAdmin panel (Ubuntu web Admin) and documentation on uadmin.eu you accept these terms.
The uAdmin panel, installation scripts and official documentation are provided free of charge. You may install the panel on your own servers, use it in private and business environments, and download official release packages from the Enc IT OTA channel.
Unauthorized modification, rebranding or redistribution of the uAdmin panel under another name or as a competing product without written approval from Enc IT d.o.o. is not permitted. Removing copyright notices, misrepresenting the source, or selling modified versions of the panel is prohibited. Source code published on the official GitHub repository is subject to the license stated in that repository.
The panel is provided «as is». Enc IT d.o.o. does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or support for every hardware and software combination. You are responsible for backups, server updates and regulatory compliance.
Enc IT d.o.o. is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the panel, including data loss, business interruption or security incidents on your server.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published at uadmin.eu/terms.php applies from the date shown at the top of the page.
